The hotel room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The staff was helpful and friendly. The location was convenient, with various restaurants nearby and a shopping mall within walking distance. The recently renovated rooms and breakfast were also highlights.
There was nothing I didn't like.

Located near a beautiful park and some great local restaurants, this hotel seemed like the perfect spot for budget travelers. the rooms are new and nicely furnished, with a decent gym and swimming pool available for use.
The staff is largely unable to speak English, which can prove frustrating who aren't fluent in Chinese or Russian.

They charge one full days for late check out (only 5 hours extra). Wifi internet was more than poor in the lobby area.

the rooms were spacious and overlooked a large garden, adding a fresh ambiance to our private facilities. The bar/lounge area had a unique atmosphere and high-quality cocktails that exceeded our expectations. Cons: the location around this venue is quite secluded, making it difficult to find nearby restaurants. the only mode of transportation was a taxi and services were quite pricey.

Location
Staff is awful! They are rude, unfriendly and not happy to serve you. You need to pay 100 % of you room rate for the whole staying + deposit (additionally 200 dollars) in the moment when you check in!!!!!! They give you a piece of paper confirming the deposit and room rate and if you lose this paper - they woun't give any money back!!!!! And you will need to pay for the whole staying once more!!!!!!! Never saw such rude hotel staff in my life!!!!! It was freezing in the room! They you turn the heater on - it give you a cold air !!!! Hotel staff came to our rom at 5 am and started to knock !!!!!!!!! They we opened - it was a cleaning lady that forgot a duster in our room!!!!!! Without saying anything she came in, took it from the bed box and left!!!!!!!!!

The hotel was in a great location, close to many tourist attractions and public transportation. The breakfast buffet had a good variety of options and was included in the price of the room. The staff were friendly and helpful, and always willing to assist with any queries.
Some areas of the hotel were in need of refurbishment, and the decor was outdated in some places. The gym was small and lacked sufficient equipment, making it difficult to have a full workout.

The breakfast was not up to standard and was disappointing. the hotel also had some issues with their air conditioning and shower system, making the overall stay less comfortable.
